When Metropolitan Homes CEO Peter Kudla first envisioned the Vallagio at Inverness, he made it more than just an area full of buildings. Kudla grew up in New York city and felt that the need for an urban neighborhood close to central Denver was very apparent. That’s why he used both his imagination and his big-city past as inspiration for Vallagio.
From its easy access to the Denver Light Rail system, to the thoughtful planning of the luxury development’s layout and mixture of shops, work spaces, and private homes; the Vallagio has the buzzing hum of action and creativity about it. With its retail/business/residential mix, Vallagio offers residents many choices for grand living in this luxury development.
Every detail of the interior in this luxury development is impeccable. From the open and spacious floor plans to 12 foot ceilings in many of the units. The main living areas have double sided gas fireplaces and painted wood fireplace mantle with decorative tile surround. There’s even room for your very own laundry room at the Vallagio.
All of the Vallagio homes feature full tumbled marble backsplashes, Moen faucets and Kohler sinks. For many units, there are private decks directly off the well appointed kitchen with its eco-friendly dishwasher and custom cabinets. Named one of the top Denver “Live, Work, Play” neighborhoods in the metro area, its charming shops, tempting restaurants, and mixed use spaces make this one of a kind neighborhood a special place to be. Plus, its location near the I-25 highway and access to light rail gives residents a number of attractive commuting options.
There is a genuine variety of living opportunities for an eclectic mix of people to come together in a true neighborhood at the Vallagio. To find out about more luxury developments, kindly go to CondoDomain at your earliest convenience – including now.

The Acme Lofts are located in Denver’s LoDo neighborhood, but on the perifery of the crowded and happening area. These luxury lofts are at the corner of 14th Street and Wazee Street right next to the big instersection of Speer Boulevard and Auraria Parkway.
On one side of the Acme Lofts is LoDo and Larimer Square. Larimer Square houses some of Denver’s hippest restaurants and clubs. The brand new mezze lounge, Chloe, is located at 14th Street and Market Street. This swanky new nightclub inspired by an imaginary muse named Chloe is the place to be. A staple of the Denver restaurant scene, Rioja, can be found on Larimer in between 14th Street and 15th Street. They serve Medeterannian inspired cuisine based on local and in season foods. Also in Larimer Square is an awesome speakeasy themed bar called Green Russell. It looks like a pie shop from the outside (and actually sells pies one day a week) but on the inside it is a huge bar where the waiters wear newsboy caps and the walls are illuminated by gas lamps.
The Acme Lofts are also very close to The Pepsi Center, the arena where Colorado’s NHL and NBA teams play, as well as the Denver’s largest amusement park, Elitch Gardens.
The building that houses the Acme Lofts used to be a candy production plant and then an upholstery company. In the early 90s the space was converted into luxury lofts. The lofts here are spacious and comfortable yet still hold some of the old factory charm that luxury lofts in old warehoses sometimes do. There are original wooden beams in the cielings, some original wooden floors, some origional fireplaces and origional brick walls. To check out the Acme Lofts in person, contact your CondoDomain agent today. Luis Gonzalez can be reached at (877) 852-6636.

South Broadway used to seem a little too far away from downtown Denver. Now, South Broadway has everything a luxury condo owner could want. Goodbye LoDo, you are no longer needed for a fun time in Denver. Here are five reasons any luxury condo owner will thrive on South Broadway:
1. MUSIC
South Broadway is home to one of Denver’s most intimate and well known small venues, the Hi-Dive. The Hi-Dive always hosts amazing indie acts and up-and-coming local acts. Shows are usually inexpensive and start at just $6. Over the weekend (July 21-24), South Broadway was host to the 11th annual Underground Music Showcase. This festival encompassed 25 businesses (venues, bars, galleries and stores) and showcased around 350 bands, many of which were local. Having a luxury condo to take a break at and walk home to during the showcase is a great reason to live on South Broadway.
2. DIVERSITY
Denver is home to a great amount of diversity, but South Broadway has more to offer than authentic taquerias. SOBO 151 is a Czech bar and restaurant. Here you can get your filling of schnitzels and pilsners, hear many Eastern European languages and watch World Cup Hockey with very serious fans. If you are down for the experience but afraid to try the food, do not fret, SOBO also has a great traditional American bar menu. The bartenders here are mostly Czech and incredibly friendly- ask them anything you want to know about their culture and you’ll be talking for hours.
3. ART
South Broadway is the perfect place for an artist or an art lover. Denver’s best art supply store, Meininger’s, has a huge location on Broadway. If you are into sewing, knitting or crocheting try the Fancy Tiger supply store. The Fancy Tiger Boutique is right across from the craft store and houses handmade products by Colorado designers and artists. This is a great place to find unique jewelry.
There are quite a few galleries in this part of Denver. The most intriguing is Illiterate. Illiterate always has interesting and engaging art and if you are interested in what else they may have to offer they have an entire online catalog of art. Artists can submit their work online and then Illiterate chooses their favorite work and publishes it in Illiterate Magazine. The gallery is cutting edge because of the options it provides artists.
4. SHOPPING
South Broadway is known as Denver’s best place for antiquing. There are multitudes of antique shops up and down the street. After you drive past I-25, that is almost all you’ll see for several blocks. There are also some great vintage furniture and clothing stores on this stretch of road. If you like to make the old new again, this is the area for you!
5. MOVIES
The Mayan Theatre is also located on Broadway. This independent cinema gives a movie buff a completely unique experience. There is a bar inside the Mayan, so if you prefer to enjoy a glass of wine while watching a movie, you can do it here rather than stay at home. The Mayan shows only great movies. New releases will be independent or foreign language films that you have heard of, but cannot find at a normal theatre. There are also ongoing film festivals that showcase older films.
If you are going on a date, check out Sweet Action before the movies. This ice cream parlor makes the best homemade ice cream Denver has to offer. The flavors are unique and sometimes tailored to Colorado. Try the Palisade Apricot or Stranahan’s Colorado Whiskey.

Taking a stroll through City Park South, it’s easy to see the appeal of this beautiful community. Although this area is still considered by some to be one of the city’s best kept secrets, its 24 city blocks are the backdrop to some of the hippest eateries, stores, and cultural attractions in Denver.
City Park is Denver’s largest park which is also home to the Denver Zoo, the Denver Museum of Nature and Science, Ferril and Duck Lakes, and Boathouse. This cultural landscape offers enough on its own but becomes the place to be during the summer months, when the park hosts the annual Summer Jazz Concert Series. This season is currently underway and, every Sunday through August 7th, you will hear the sweet sounds of jazz, blues, and salsa reverberating throughout this urban locale… A historic tradition that gains more popularity every year.
Directly across from Denver’s premier park, you will find premier living at Pinnacle Condos. Cosmopolitan living at its finest, Pinnacle residents can enjoy a front row seat from the rooftop terrace or their own private balconies, where lawn chairs are replaced with the luxury of high-rise living. When that cool jazz fills the air and has you craving a chilled glass of Chardonnay, there’s no need to dig through your picnic basket for the corkscrew… just reach for the open bottle on the patio, kick up your feet, and take it all in.

With breathtaking views and the foremost amenities Denver has to offer, Pinnacle condos in Denver provides a blend of modern style and urban attitude that is the perfect match for those who crave the best in city living but still desire the feeling of being tucked away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. Whether your budget is in the high 200s or the million+ range, Pinnacle has beautiful units to fit your lifestyle… And when summer is over, there will still be plenty of reasons you’ll want to call City Park South home.
